From: Mulhouse, France
Sounds like: Deathcore

The hard hitting EP starts off with the track "Look Down On Me". The track is full of metalcore with a dash of death metal. It's loaded with breakdowns that are sure to cause whiplash at some point. It's a starting track that will get your adrenaline flowing. The second track "Think Once More" brings to mind early I Killed The Prom Queen with it's slow churning breakdowns combined with driving guitars and a sprinkle of melody within its five minute length. The last track on the EP is "Way Too Weak" and it comes in like a sledgehammer to the temple. The track would sit well with fans of August Burns Red. The song finishes out the EP with a flurry of chaos. This is an EP that should be in every deathcore/metalcore fans lineup. The only drawback is that its three songs are nowhere near enough.

Verdict:
The three tracks on the EP are full of rage and Diana Rising aren't messing around. Diana Rising pushes the genre even further with their seamless sound and brand of metalcore. Don't make the mistake of not checking out this awesome metalcore/deathcore band from France.
