1. How did you get started with music and how did you develop your sound? Who thought of the name “4 Daze Dead” and is there any meaning behind it?

We all came from different back grounds of music. Our sound is raw hard hitting sound that is straight to the point. All of our music is real and from the heart. The name 4 Daze Dead came from a fan. We were chilling outside after a show and the name came up in conversations.

2. What do you want listeners to take away from the "Cold Hearted Woman" single?

“Cold Hearted Woman” was inspired through a series of relationships that many people go through in life. Sometimes you meet somebody that you are very fond of and try to start a relationship with them. Of course, there is always that one person (in this case a woman) who causes you to go completely insane. They don’t appreciate you and break you down mentally and emotionally, whether it be through cheating or for their own personal benefit. “Cold Hearted Woman” is about getting over them and moving on with your life because you deserve better.

3. What can people expect from your live show?

Our live shows are energetic and exciting. We like to have fun on stage and we want the crowd to have just as much fun.

4. What's your favorite track to play live?

Our song “Let’s Go” is our favorite song to play live. It is very energetic and fun. Also the crowd will generally participate during the chorus. That is always exciting and cool.

5. Who are three bands you’d like to tour with?

Shinedown, Black Stone Cherry, and Otherwise also Godsmack.

6. Any crazy show stories?

No crazy show stories.

7. What’s your take on the current state of rock?

Rock music is coming back. However the state of the economy makes being a small band hard. However, big bands, like Shinedown, are having a phenomenal year.

8. What’s the current music scene like there in the Georgia both locally and statewide?

Country music is huge in Georgia. A lot of venues will not even think about putting a rock band on their stage. Places like Atlanta have rock venues, but they want bigger bands.

9. What’s your take on legal/illegal music downloading?

Piracy is a crime. Illegal downloading of music is damaging the industry for smaller bands. It is significantly harder to get on a label because of it. However, legal downloading is great. As long as the music is paid for with legal tender, it is not harming anybody.

10. What’s next for 4 Daze Dead?

Our live shows are our main focus, so we are hoping to join a tour. Hopefully within a year, we will be on the road with a bigger band.

11. Any shoutouts?

We would like to say thanks to all of our friends, family, and fans for their support. Also, we would like to thank From The Depths Entertainment for their help and support.
