From: Harrisburg, PA
Sounds like: Hard Rock/Metal

Nightmares Of Eve come from an area in Pennsylvania that have spawned nearby bands such as August Burns Red, Live, Halestorm, and Fuel. Needless to say, Nightmares Of Eve are looking to grab the torch from those acts and take it up a notch with their newest three track EP. The opener "Dreaming" starts things off in furious fashion. Right from the get go, the melody mixed with the hard rock instrumentation make this opener a real treat to listen to. The chorus is infectious and should be a live crowd favorite by way of singing along as well as moshing to the tremendous breakdown. "Bite The Pillow" kicks things into high gear and takes off running. The track is a healthy dose of hard rock with a sprinkling of metal. It has hard rock radio play written all over it. "Home" closes out the EP with a slower tempo. The power ballad shows a different side of the band and it works perfectly. The track is a wonderful closer and simply put, three songs is not enough. We can't wait for new music.

Verdict:
Nightmares Of Eve bring a refreshing sound to the rock music world with their new EP.
