Tigernite (Female fronted Post Glam Rock) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Tigernite is a hard hitting rock-and-roll creature hailing from Milwaukee, WI with a love of powerful melodies, guitar solos, spandex and good times. Aptly dubbed as “Wiccan Lisa Frank”, the band has blazed a trail of glitter across the Midwest, sharing stages with the likes of The Offspring, The Dan Band, and Electric 6. After the release of their first record, "Tigernite", the band brought their dramatic performances to Summerfest, Pridefest and the BMO Harris Bradley Center. Tigernite draws inspiration from glam, 70's guitar rock and power pop to create their own sweaty glittery brand of post glam Rock.

"Sunnies" Single Review
Tigernite are a "hard hitting rock-and-roll creature hailing from Milwaukee, WI. Swaggering riffs, powerful spitfire vocals and red-blooded explosive performances shot Tigernite to the forefront of the city's music scene. In the spirit of honest fun, the band draws inspiration from psychedelia, punk and rock opera, creating their own heavy brand of Glam Rock." Let's dive into their recent single and see what they're all about. The track kicks off with a riff that builds and builds before giving away to some peppy vocals. The melody on the track are off the charts. The track is fun, uppity and full of confidence as it sways to and fro with a high energy. It dips down later in the track and gets the toe tapping in full effect as an electrifying guitar solo takes over. Everything on the track make it highly infectious and worthy of wearing out the repeat button. With an album coming out in May, keep your eyes and ears on this group!

Tigernite brings a spark to the Glam Rock scene with their recent "Sunnies" single.
