Sounds like: Rock

It's finally here! The new three track "Japan" EP from female fronted Rock band Rescue The Mouse is here and doesn't disappoint. Let's dive in and see what they're all about. The opening track "Come Back To The Sun" is hard hitting and features a haunting guitar riff that introduces the listener to their high energy sound. The soaring melodies combined with the tight Rock sound make this a tremendous opener. "Take Two" is a bit slower paced but paints a beautiful picture of melody in an almost awestruck ballad. Later in the track it explodes with raw emotion that makes it a stand out track. "Ctrl+alt+delete" is the closer and has an Incubus vibe to it. It's more spacey and once it gets going, simply rocks. It's a different side of the band and it works very well. This EP is only three tracks but each track is more dynamic than the next. It's a truly remarkable feat and anyone who's into Rock music should check them out right away.

Verdict:
Rescue The Mouse prove that three tracks are still powerful enough to get their infectious Rock point across.
