From: Saginaw, MI
Sounds like: Indie Rock/Pop Punk

Rounding Third are an up and coming band from Michigan which puts their spin on the Pop Punk sound as they intertwine some Indie Rock stylings into the mix. Let's dive in their EP and see what they're all about. The title track "Please Don't Leave" starts off with a riff which slowly builds up along with the melodic vocals. The instrumentation gets a little louder with the addition of drums. The track eventually explodes with a wall of soaring Rock sound. The vocals take it to the upper atmosphere and the catchy appeal is off the charts. The track overall is a roller coaster of passion and emotion. The closing track is a cover of the Bruce Springsteen track "Atlantic City". Rounding Third puts their twist on the track while still staying true to the original. The track has some Pop Punk pep to it and gives off a fun vibe to it. Two songs is not nearly enough as we can't wait to hear more from this promising band!

Verdict:
Rounding Third brings their unique style to the Pop Punk genre with their newest EP.
