Sounds like: Rock

Caster Volor are a Rock band that is unapologetic in their approach to the genre. Rock music is what they loudly and proudly bring to the table with their newest EP. The opener "Ready Or Not (Come On And Rock)" is a glorious opener. From the first note to the last, these guys aren't messing around. Guitar riffs for days, dynamic vocals that harken back to the Dido and Iron Maiden times and an overall sound that grabs and doesn't let go. "Black Leather Middle Finger" will get toes tapping and heads bopping right from the jump. The guitar riffage is impeccable on the track and really cranks things up a few notches. "The Inmates (Are Running The Asylum)" is the longest track on the EP, clocking in at six and a half minutes. The track is slower, more methodical but pure Rock at its core. The band takes you on a journey and it works quite well. There's a lot to like on the track for sure. "The Love We Once Had..." picks up the pace. The track is high energy, fast and just when you think it'll slow down, it launches even higher in its delivery. The closer "My Rock 'n' Roll Dream" is six minutes of epic Rock music for your ears. This would be a tremendous closer to the live set as well. The track is an awesome way to close out an incredible EP.

Verdict:
