The track starts out with some atmospheric tones before melodic vocals take over to get the first verse into gear. The instrumentation in the verse is very somber but slowly builds into the chorus. The chorus brings to mind the vocal effects of "The Middle" from Zedd. The ballad continues on with some nice pacing and ramps things up a bit. The end of the track brings the chorus and instrumentation together into a melting pot of emotion and passion.
Verdict:
Joy in Motion's newest single is a Rock ballad for the ages.
