Sounds like: Hard Rock/Metal

The opener "Lie Me To Rest Instead" takes a bit to get going but once it does, it erupts with a Bullet For My Valentine like fury. The vocals, melodies and riffs bring to mind the early works of Bullet For My Valentine as it glides along that path. The guitar solo later in the track is a nice touch. The title track "Creature of Habit" cranks things up to an even higher pace. The upbeat energy is nice and creates a nice melodic sound that could easily be slotted in Hard Rock radio. "Angel" slows things down a bit for a more slower ballad like track. The passion pours out of the track and they'll be quite a few lighters in the sky at the live show. "Solar Flare" picks up the pace and has a more old school Metal sound to it. The track is purely instrumental for the first minute and a half before the vocals kick in. Once the track puts everything together, it's a solid track to jam out to. "Tear My World Apart" brings back their signature sound. The high tempo riffs and solid melodies help create more of a single than the previous track. The end track "Unbreakable" tries to do too much. It's chaotic in its delivery but needs to be a little more methodical in its approach. The times it does pace itself, it's quite good.

Verdict:
Without End look to carve a path in the Hard Rock/Metal genre with their EP.
