Sounds like: Punk Rock

"Nine Volt Heart" is a two minute opener that sets a tone of distorted Punk Rock. The riffs are on point and the vocals are a stand out as it oozes emotion. "Known" is another two minute banger that goes straight in and is more calculated than the opener. The track is mostly controlled chaos and takes its time with its sound. "Clawing at the Dirt Till My Nails Hurt" takes a more melodic path. The track is a Punk Rock ballad and showcases a different, deeper side of the band. "Downers" picks up the tempo. The White Stripes vibes are strong as the riffs swirl around the vocals and creates a catchy sound to sing and jam along to. "Vampires Live Forever in Sunsets" dips into a more The Locust like sound with the spazzy sound that mixes with heavy instrumentation. The melodies change things up at times and helps it have more depth. "Dystopia" is the most complete and longest track on the EP. The ending track has a wide range of sound, tremendous depth and along with the rest of the EP, shows off an extremely promising potential with the band.

Verdict:
Bullets For Bodies showcase their raw Punk Rock talents via their new EP.
