Faith In Failure have made quite a name for themselves in the past few years. They've been consistently churning out high quality Melodic Metal singles and their newest one just adds more fuel to the fire that they're lighting in the Hard Rock/Metal realm. The single "Troubled Times" kicks off right away with a later Atreyu like vibe that brings the intensity from the jump. The melodic vocals join in and add a dyanmic touch to an already crunchy setting. The chorus swirls to and fro with its catchiness and whirlwind riffage. The breakdown that follows isn't too chabby either. The second verse keeps the runaway freight train moving along at a high clip. The halfway mark takes things up a few notches as aggression and a splendid guitar solo takes center stage. While the Avenged Sevenfold tendencies are there, Faith In Failure are their own beast and they definitely can hold their own with anyone.

Faith In Failure keep the pedal to the Melodic Metal with their intense new single.
