Newest event for Omen of Dust is the addition of Tyler Dakota Dawson as our new drummer (formerly with Puddle of Mud).
2. What do you want listeners to take away from "Equilibrium"?
"Equilibrium" is about overcoming a negative relationship leaving one wounded with emotional scars but still pushing through to the other side & finding sanity.
3. What's been your inspiration with the new music?
Finding a creative niche between heavyness & thoughful, expressive lyrics.
4. What's the recording process like with the band?
It's a process of co-writing & finding grooves to build each new song.
5. Which streaming platform do you prefer to have your music on and why?
DistroKid, Spotify, Apple & basically all of them.
6. In a live show setting, what do you want the crowd to take away from your performance?
We played from our gut & soul with painful sincerity.
7. What's your favorite song of yours and why?
"ASHES" is a favorite because it combines the essense of heaviness with a universal message of planetary survival.
8. What's one thing about Omen of Dust that maybe the fans don't know at this point?
Omen of Dust will be playing a major festival in 2026, to be announced!
9. What do you want to accomplish in 2026?
We want to break out to a much wider audience world wide & we are working towards that goal every day!
