Sounds like: Rock
From: Tennessee
1. How did you get started with music and how did you develop your sound?
Music’s always been there - it wasn’t really a choice, more like something we grew into - it was already part of us. The industrial elements, the darkness, the weight - it all developed naturally over time, once we stopped trying to fit and just focused on what felt honest.
2. What do you want people to take away from your music?
That they aren't invisible. That what they feel is real. And that, even in the darkest moments, they're not alone.
3. How would you describe your sound to the average listener?
Dark, melodic rock, with an industrial edge. It’s heavy, but it’s meant to be felt just as much as it’s heard.
4. Who are three bands you’d like to tour with?
Bands who aren't afraid to evolve and push boundaries - Bring Me the Horizon, Bad Omens, Pvris would all be awesome.
5. What's your thoughts on AI generated music?
It’s a great tool, but for us, music is about human experience - real emotion, real imperfections, and that’s something you simply can’t replicate with code.
6. What’s your take on the current state of Rock?
Seems like we are in a rebuilding phase. Seems like there are a lot of bands mixing genres to create something that feels new.
7. What’s the current local music scene like there in Tennessee?
I think it goes without saying that there's a LOT of talent, especially around us in Nashville. It's pretty awesome that it isn't restricted to a single genre, but a really solid mix.
8. What’s your take on the royalties that streaming services pay out to artists?
It's not where it should be. Artists, songwriters, and producers put a lot in and the return doesn't usually reflect that. Building a real connection with listeners matters more than ever before, and supporting other musicians around us is really important as well.
9. What’s next for E.N.D?
More music, hopefully a festival or two, just continuing to push further. We're focusing on building something that people will feel and connect with, and taking that as far as it will go.
10. Any shoutouts?
Shoutouts to everyone who has been listening and sharing this early on - that support means the world to us, and we hope it continues to build!
