All questions answered by Steve M.
1. Your new single "Dirty Love" is set to be released. What do you want listeners to take away from it?
The growth as artists. The song writing, playing and production is light years ahead of what we’ve previously released. We are extremely proud of this song.
2. What are some tidbits you could tell us about the recording process of the single?
Well the single was recorded at the same time as our last two singles. But one of those was a cover and the other one is an older (but still great) song. We have more up our sleeves in the vein of "Dirty Love". Maybe an album? Not sure yet.
3. The artwork is always unique for your singles. What's the inspiration behind your artwork?
My buddy Ron Ruest (from the great band Duke City Riots) drew the logo for us. It’s a great logo. So we just incorporate it on all covers. This one fits the song topic.
4. What's the most memorable show you've played and why?
They are all great and memorable. We may not play a lot but I feel like we have a real relationship with our audience/fans.
5. In terms of physical formats gaining steam lately, do you prefer vinyl, CD or cassettes?
Vinyl and CD. We are thinking about releasing music on physical platforms.
6. Do you feel that the Rock music genre is in a good place right now?
I do. There are so many great Rock and Roll bands out there. It’s just underground right now. We like being in the same company as Dirty Honey, The Band Feel, Them Dirty Rose, The Cul De Sac Kings, The Damn Truth and The Duke City Riots. Great bands.
7. What's your thoughts on the whole music industry nowadays in general?
There is more variety then ever. I just hope AI doesn’t kill it while the new Rock movement is building momentum.
8. Who are three artists you'd like to shoutout?
I think I already did on question 6, but I can shout out the incredible Whiskey Myers, Southall, Ghost Hounds and Jared James Nichols (what an amazing guitarist).
9. What do you wish to accomplish before the end of 2026?
We head back to the studio in a couple of weeks for more recording. We should have another song ready for release by Christmas with more for 2027. We have show on Black Friday and that’s where we are right now. We just want to thank all our fans and let them know that we appreciate you digging our tunes and we have more planned for 2027. Hope you like the new song "Dirty Love". We are very proud of it. Stay Dirty my friends.
