Sounds like: Rock

Glasgow, UK rock band Maybe We're Dead Already released their latest EP back in November of last year. Let's dive right in and hear what some people are calling a sound that is like "Soundgarden mixed with Alexisonfire". "Stretched Out And Strained" starts things off with an almost grunge like intro which then transitions into a full blown hard rock sound assault. The track really blows the doors off the EP right off the bat. "On The Way Down" continues the ferocity of the first track and showcases a faster pace of a track. The track is fast and almost feels like a metal track with its high tempo. "Lost In Static" is a true rock sound through and through. The track has a Buckcherry feel to it and really changes up the dynamic of the EP. "Shrapnel" hits hard and heavy. It's an extremely catchy radio friendly rock track. It has a driving guitar riff that will surely get stuck in your head for days along with a tremendous unique sound. "The Bitter Things We Know" is another banger of a track. The track is phenomenal and should be a single right away. It hits all the right chords in all the right ways. "True Faith (Break The Destiny)" closes out the EP with a strong, passionate acoustic track. The talent of the band is on point and it's just another example of how much depth the band has.

Verdict:
Maybe We're Dead Already have a hard hitting rock EP here that will keep the listener yearning for more and more.
