Sounds like: Black Metal

"Unenlightened Beasts" blasts right in and creates chaos in its wake with aggression and hard hitting riffs. "Twilight of Religion" is the shortest track on the album and while it takes a bit to get going, it ends up incredibly fast with its crazy riffs and vocals that somehow are able to keep up with its high speed. "Hell on Earth" has shades of Cradle of Filth to it. The track keeps the dark atmosphere tones and keeps grinding with its Black Metal sound. "Descent Into Madness" is mostly instrumental for the first minute or so and then keeps the high octane pace going. The steady clip has a bit of Motorhead to it throughout. "Canto Diablo 3" is that headbanging track that is strictly Metal throughout. The track doesn't mess around and it really showcases some true depth. "Canto Diablo 4" has a touch of Converge to it with its chaotic nature. The vocals, riffs and all out bonkers sound is refreshing in its sound. "Ex Lucis Tenebris" is a nice follow up to the orevious track as they seem to go hand in hand. The track has a bit more melody to it with its riffs and dips down at times but it's a solid track to get into. "Wild Hunt of the Unseelie" is four minutes of mayhem. The track takes a sledgehammer to the Metal genre as a whole and creates something of its own in a spectacular fashion. "Dirge of the Eternal Winter" somehow cranks the intensity to 11. The track is at an all time high and keeps things extreme. "Regina of the Blessed Moon" is an eight minute instrumental that closes things out on an epic note. Awesome closer for a fantastic album!

Verdict:
Silenced Minstrel obliterates everything in its path via their "Vol. 5" album.
