1. How's everything going? We saw you played at the Crazy Donkey the other night, how did that go?

We're great! The show was a blast! We played with a bunch of talented bands.
We're insanely busy with other shows actually, and are booking more at the moment.

2. How is the new material coming along? We saw you posted a song called "Written By Ghosts", is the newer material going to sound similar to that song?

The newer stuff is actually a lot more intricate. We're taking alot of time out to write the new material, making it heavier and experimenting with alot of different blends of sound. Our newest set of bandmates really helped with this, from Mark's knowledge of jazz guitar to Gordon's 8 years of cello playing and theory study. It's kind of like were doing more of the thinking now,
rather than just making a riff and playing along to it. We're really going out of the way this time. They're really pushing Revival farther than it has ever been.

3. When can we see a release date on the upcoming album?

Well, we'd really like to raise the band funds, and go to
a professional recording studio to complete the process.
As of now, all we can do is record with a Mac. and a home
mixer. We're trying to decide whether it'd be easier to wait,
and make a deal with a Label, or if we should actually self-release it.
But, we're planning on releasing it within a years worth of time.

4. What does the band wish to accomplish by the end of the year?

Have a kickass album, and following.
Plus, Madison Square Garden! :P
But, besides that..we really want to play as many shows as we can,
and just put our name out to Long Island. We want to make it big!

5. What are some of your influences?

Well, with five differen't guys it's pretty hard to assume that.
But, we'll break it down to this;

Clarke O. = Bayside, Circa Survive, Coheed & Cambria, Saosin.
Gordon = Jack Johnson, Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Zeppelin.
James O. = Drop Dead, Gorgeous, From First To Last, Zeppellin, Underoath.
John L. = Atreyu, Chiodos, The Devil Wears Prada, The Used.
Mark W. = A Day To Rememeber, Atreyu, Dream Theater, The Fall of Troy.

6. What's your thoughts on illegal music downloading?

Well, once again...all of us have different views...

Clarke O. = I believe it actually expands the fan views in time, it's a process..
Gordon. = Its cool to get a free sample of a band you're interested in hearing, but people should really buy music from the bands they like.
James O.= I think if it expands the fan base, it's alright. Because, that will lead to album purchasing!
John L. = MUSIC SHOULD BE FREE!
Mark W. = I think buying cds is the way to go! :D

7. What is your favorite song to play live and why?

Our favorite tune to play right now would probably be,
"Written By Ghosts."
Because, it is the one of our newest tracks
and it's insanely crazy to play.
It really catches the audiences attention.

8. What are you guys currently listening to?

Clarke O. = Bayside, He is Legend, and a Warped Tour Compilation disc!
Gordon = Dredg, Jack Johnson, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, and Stone Temple Pilots.
James O.= Anthony Green, From First To Last, and Revival!
John L. = Anthony Green, Chiodos, the Devil Wears Prada, Drop Dead, Gorgeous.
Mark W. = Drop Dead, Gorgeous, Emmure, From First To Last, Underoath.

9. What's next for Revival?

Practice, some more practice. Booking shows, creating newer material,
and playing those booked shows!
Most importantly, working on raising the funds to record in a professional studio!

10. Any shoutouts?

All of our fans, and family!
We'd like to especially give a thank you to Electric Zombie clothing.
Sunken Meadow's Teen Night!
And, a few of our friends who have been helping us out with Media work!
But, most of all...you guys for the great help you have given us!
