Ojay

Ojay (Pop/Rock) - Australia

Forming in 2018, Ojay brought their high energy, carefree attitude to the bored youth of suburban Western Australia. Before their 3-year hiatus, the four-piece upbeat pop-rock outfit quickly garnered a reputation for wild, intoxicating live performances up and down the western seaboard, fusing the high energy rock and punk of the '80s and '90s, with the catchy hooks and sing-along melodies of the current pop charts, throwing in a piano ballad or acoustic treat for good measure.

After releasing their raw, DIY debut album "Peppermoth", they took a hiatus from 2020 to 2023, which saw a lineup change and the introduction of Skills and Marshy, and returned with their long-awaited sophomore album "The Ride", an hour-long concept record. 2023 saw the four-piece extensively gigging/touring WA as well as releasing two more standalone singles, and many more on the way. 2024 is looking to be a big year for Ojay.
